Must be owner occupied.
HomeStyle Renovation loan– allows for the purchase and renovation of 1-4 family owner occupied homes and 1 family investment properties and second homes. Renovations to currently owned home is allowed as well. Downpayment/equity as low as 5% on owner occupied 1 family.

If married one borrower must be 62 or older.
